The Taj Coromandel has four distinctive restaurants to choose
from. They offer the finest in Indian and international cuisine
there is to offer in Chennai. The Golden Dragon offers schezwan
cuisine, prepared by a chef from Honk Kong. The ambience itself
is transforming and you would certainly feel that you were
in China rather than Chennai. If your preference is to sample
some of the local cuisine, try Southern Spice. It offers a
delectable taste of Southern India and its numerous spices
and regional delicacies, be they vegetarian of not. It is
also a place to enjoy live dances from the Coromandel coast
