About Delhi Ridge: Also, popularly known by the name of the ‘green lung’ of the city, Delhi Ridge is a dense forest that covers a vast expanse of 7800 hectares. The Delhi Ridge is an expansion of the Aravalli Range and after covering an area of 35 kilometers it tapers down to the bank of the Yamuna River on the western region.
