The climate in Mobor is quite moderate as it is with the rest of Goa. The temperatures in the summer hovers up to 330C and in winters may dip down to 210C. The monsoons fall between June and October. The best time to visit Mobor Beach may anytime during the year, except for the monsoon season. The tourists also can spend time in the handicraft and antique shops around the beachside. The nearest airport is Dabolim, an international airport that is 68 km away from Colva. Mobor is situated close to Colva. Local transportation facilities like a hired taxi or buses can be opted for, to reach Mobor. The railway station nearest to Mobor is Karmali. Taxis or autos can be hired from Karmali to reach Mobor. Another option is to travel down to Colva first and then commute down to Mobor. Since 1980s a number of luxury hotels have mushroomed in Mobor, vying for the attention from the tourist. Hence finding an accommodation in Mobor is quite easy.
