Mashobra Camp and Camp Bodhisatva Rajgarh are the places that you can include in your list of great places to undertake nature trails in Himachal Pradesh. Mashobra camp is located at Mashobra, a little town at 12 km distance from Shimla. The beautiful view of mountains of the Pir Panjal can be enjoyed on a very clear day. The camp is about 360 km from Delhi and 110 km from Chandigarh. Chandigarh is the nearest Raiway station, which is about 122 km from the Mashobra camp.

Accommodation at Mashobra camp is available in tented units. A central table, two beds with mattresses and sleeping bags are provided with these tents. Four feet sitting area is given in front of each unit of tents. A buffet arrangement for meal is offered at the kitchen of the Mashobra camp. Chinese and Continental delicacies are served on the request. Natural water spring of camp area is available for drinking purpose. Sufficient bottled drinking water is also kept at the camp.

A small badminton court, carom, dart, chess, rope swings are the recreation facilities of camp to keep you busy for whole day.

Camp Bodhisatva at Rajgarh is one of the most amazing nature trails in Himachal Pradesh. A dense Deodar and pine forest and lavish fruit trees of apple, peach, plums and apricots surround this camp. The camp is spread on a small area of orchard land keeping its beauty alive. It is located near a small hill town of Rajgarh, located in the Sirmour district of Himachal Pradesh. Kalka is the nearest railway station at just 4 hours drive distance. The camp is at 350 km distance from Delhi and 100 km from Chandigarh. Accommodation and dining facilities of Bodhisatva camp are the same as that of Mashobra camp. Bird watching and splash swimming activities are available along with hiking and river crossing. A beautiful waterfall hidden in the valley is a must visit place in the nature trails in Himachal Pradesh. It is an ideal spot to enjoy a leisurely romantic afternoon with someone special.
