The royal city of India, Jaipur is famed for its rich cultural heritage, glimpses of which can still be witnessed in and around the place, drawing tourists from all over the world. Not far from the observatory is Albert Hall, the finest example of Indo-Saracenic architecture in the famous Ram Niwas Garden, which houses the state museum of Rajasthan, the Central Museum. The Nahargarh Fort, built by Jai Singh II in 1734 as a retreat for his wives along with the monolithic Amber Fort and the invincible Jaigrah Fort, nestled in the Aravalli valleys are some of the places, without seeing which, your trip to Jaipur will be incomplete.
