Being an industrial city with heavy concentration of Tata companies, it is known as Tata Nagar. But the city is still blessed with the nature beauty. The picturesque city of Jamshedpur is located in the State of Jharkhand in India. Nature trail of Jamshedpur includes the wonderful lakes, cascading rivers, lush green forests and pretty parks.

Hudco Lake is located in the hilly region of Telco Colony. This lake is a delightful place for those you desire to spend the time with nature within the city premises. There is a hill besides the lake, which has been renovated into a scenic park named as Sumant Mulgaonkar Park. The hilltop gives panoramic view of the Jamshedpur, which is an explanation on why the city is called 'Green City' and 'Steel City'.

At a distance of about 13 km from the main city there is Dalma Hills. At the foot of these hills Tata Steel has constructed a lake known as Dimna Lake. The surrounding of lake and hills is very healthy that makes it a popular picnic spot. It is an ideal place for outing as it is few kilometers away from the Jamshedpur city. These lakes and hills are the beautiful spots in the nature trail of Jamshedpur.

Located at the northwest tip of the city, Domohani is the place of the confluence of two rivers Kharkai and Subarnarekha.

This place is surrounded by tall Eucalyptus trees. The tourists gather at this place to watch glorious sunset. Jayanti Sarowar was formerly known as Jubilee Lake. It is stretched over about 40 acre of land. The lake was specially deepened and dredged for boating. There is a centrally located island which gives grand look to the lake. Boating offers enchanting scenes around, which can be a great experience while nature trail of Jamshedpur.

The lush green lawns with flower beds and bright lightened fountains offer a wonderful evening to the nature lovers at Jubilee Park and Sir Dorabji Tata Park. Jubilee Park spreads over the area of approximately 225 acres. Dalma Wildlife Sanctuary and Tata Steel Zoological Park have the vast variety of plants and bushes, which offer exotic sceneries.
