Jonha Falls, also known as Gautamdhara, is at about 40 kilometers distance from Ranchi. This fall is named after Gautam Buddha. At a distance of around 70 kilometers from Ranchi there lies the Hirni Falls. The Koel river with its tributaries, flows from the northern portion of the park. The waterfalls and hot springs too abound in this greenery.
