Marwanthe is a seaside village with Arabian Sea on one side and the Satuparnika river on the other side. Kodachadri Hills gives the sylvan village a hilly backdrop. Tourists visit Marwanthe beach round the year, but October to January is considered the touring season here. The tourists can reach here by road, air or train. Mangalore is the closest airport from Marwanthe. After arriving in Mangalore, tourists can hire a taxi or pick a bus to the beach. Mangalore is the closest railway station also. The Mangalore railway station is located at Kundapura, which is approximately 18 km from the Marwanthe village. Marwanthe is linked by road with Bangalore, Goa, Udipi and Gokrana. Tourists can hire private vehicles from these places to reach Marwanthe beach. Various accommodation options are available at Marwanthe.
