Sulabh International Museum of Toilets is a unique and only museum of its kind in the capital and probably in the Indian sub-continent. Located at Mahavir Enclave, Palam Dabri Road, the museum is entirely dedicated to the history and minutest details of the evolution of toilets as early as 2500 BC till the present century. It showcases several designs used in different countries at various points of time and exhibits a rare and interesting collection of chamber pots, bidets, water closets, toilet furniture and privies.

Established by Sulabh International Social Service Organization in consultative status with Economic and Social Council of the United Nations, the museum informs the visitant about the developments of toilet-based technology, toilet etiquettes, various laws and social customs in a chronological order. Apart from these, the museum further excites the curiosity of its visitors through its pictures and objects, poems and odes written to glorify this 'one of the best things in life' (read the Akbar and Birbal story).

The visitors should not miss the special attraction of the museum-the collection of scatological humor and facts from all over the world which would definitely bring a sweet smile even on a usually long face.
