The Adhai-din-ka-Jhonpura is a Muslim pilgrimage included in all religious tours of Ajmer. The temple has a unique set of pillars wherein no two pillars are similar in shape, size and structure. The holy versions of Kufi and Jughra, taken from the sacred Quran are imprinted on the archways of the mosque. This mosque was constructed during the regime of Mohammed Ghori.
Located at a distance of 11 km from Ajmer, Pushkar is a place of great religious importance for the Hindu pilgrims. It is an underlined feature of most religious tours of Ajmer. Pushkar is popular since the Ramayana period. Hindus consider it as one of the chief holy places in India. The temple of Lord Brahma in Pushkar is the only temple in the world. The Hindu tradition says that the Pushkar Lake is sacred because it was shaped when a lotus dropped in the valley, from the hands of Brahma. The lake is surrounded by 52 ghats.

Nasiyan, a Jain temple in Ajmer, is a sacred pilgrimage for members of the Jain community. The temple structured on red granites is an exponent of the traditional Jain architecture. The beauty of this temple is highly praised. The Jain devotees from all over the world come here to offer their prayers.
